Jake Dougrey, MS, MBA, is a ConVerge founder and Executive Vice President who brings twenty five years of combined management experience in hospital, managed care, and laboratory services to the leadership team.

Previously, Mr. Dougrey served as the Executive Director of Pathology Services Inc. in Cambridge for 10 years. He has extensive experience in professional billing and served as a management consultant to a number of pathology practices as well as a large independent laboratory in the New York City area during this time.

Mr. Dougrey also worked for managed care companies for a number of years in the area of ancillary contracting and claims payment.

Mr. Dougrey received his MBA from Boston University, his MS in Health Science from Northeastern University, and his BA in Biology from St. Michael's College in Vermont.
