The ConVerge Diagnostic Services team provides you and your staff with professional service and personalized support. Our goal is to furnish the information you need, exactly when you need it. We also offer additional assistance that may be helpful to you in caring for your patients.

Account Representatives

Our field representatives are available at your convenience to review our services with you and your office staff. Once you establish an account with ConVerge, your account representative will continue to service your office or laboratory. Client Services

Our experienced local client service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM (eastern time), and can be reached at 1-978-535-3317 or 1-800-618-9992.

Couriers

Our couriers can pick up patient specimens and deliver supplies to your office or laboratory Monday through Saturday. Test Results, Interpretation and Consultation

ConVerge Diagnostic Services’ pathologists, Ph.D.’s and technologists will gladly assist you in selecting the appropriate tests for your patient. We also are available to work with you and your staff to interpret results. Our goal is to help you make the right diagnoses and improve patient outcomes.

Billing

ConVerge Diagnostic Services is a contracted participating network provider for virtually all of the insurance plans operating in the areas we serve. Our Billing Department will bill directly to each patient’s insurance carrier or direct-bill your account. Your patients may contact us with any billing questions by calling 1-978-535-1398.
